Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds are unavailable on any skin or body care products, as they cannot be resold if returned. Buyers are responsible for reading ingredients listed on our website to ensure they are not knowingly allergic to any of the contents. 

If a product arrives unusable due to damage done during shipping, a new product will be shipped at no cost of the customer after photo proof is provided to Enchanted Phoenix Creations no later than 7 business days after buyer receives the shipment. 

For our textile products, refunds will be handled on an individual basis. Customers are responsible for ordering correct sizes and colors, and Enchanted Phoenix Creations will not issue refunds for orders placed incorrectly.
